Staging Consultation:

A staging consultation is usually done for homeowners who are
selling their homes.  (Please see area to the left on Staging for
more information).  Because of this it will usually involve the
whole house.  I will objectively evaluate the home, and give my
recommendations for the proposed staging.

The fee for this consultation is a flat fee of $100.00, for up to two
hours. *

Staging:

If you would like for me to do the staging, the fee is $75.00 per
hour, with a minimum of 3 hours.




*There is a $50.00 travel charge outside of Suffolk County.

What is Home Staging?

As a homeowner cannot be
totally objective about their
beloved furnishings and
treasured mementos, an
interior decorator can assess all
of those furnishings and
accessories, and create an
atmosphere and style that feels
inviting and comfortable to
buyers.

house cozy and comfortable to

owners, living there.
